Oncor International, which nationally links commercial brokerages, has signed up Bellevue-based Pacific Real Estate Partners to replace Kidder Mathews & Segner as its Seattle-area affiliate. Oncor president and CEO David Ball described PREP as "a proven mid-sized firm with strong leadership, experienced brokers, and excellent corporate and investor relationships." PREP principal Steve Schwartz said, "Our new linkage with Oncor nicely rounds out our client service structure." Seattle-based Kidder held the affiliation for years but earlier this year jumped to Insignia Financial Group and changed its name to Insignia Kidder Mathews. Oncor's network exceeds 50 brokerages.
